Hi, I’m Sarah

a Senior Product Designer based in Rome, where the coffee is strong and the wifi is (usually) weak. I spend most of my time untangling messy problems and convincing stakeholders that “just one more button” or “different colors” are not the solution (backed by research and data, of course).

For the last few years, I’ve been turning clunky workflows into something humans might actually enjoy using, building tools that work so smoothly users forget there’s design behind them (until something breaks, then suddenly everyone remembers my name).

Basically, I make digital experiences simple, useful, and delightful. Less, “enter your password…. no, the other password… no, the one with the symbol… nope, still wrong” and more, “you’re in, congrats. No therapy required!” Weeee!
